Purchase your MVES Fall Festival Wristband and enjoy an evening of Family-Friendly Activities! This is an all-inclusive purchase for all rides and activities. Food will be sold separately by the 5th grade committee and other concessions. There will be no separate ticket purchases required.
In an effort to keep this affordable for families, we are limiting the maximum spend at $40 per family. If you require more than 4 wristbands for your family, please select the number of additional wristbands requested in the drop-down below for Additional Free Wristbands.

I have read this Participant Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. I understand that by signing this Agreement, I give up substantial rights that I would otherwise have to recover damages against the released parties. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire Agreement, opportunity to ask questions, and understand this Agreement. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

I certify that I am signing this Agreement on behalf of one or more minor children listed below. I am the parent or legal guardian of said minor(s) or I have been granted power of attorney to sign this Agreement by the parent or legal guardian of said minor(s). I agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of said minor(s).
I understand this event is not a drop off event and that an adult must be present with children at the event.
Thank you for supporting Mountain View Elementary. Wristbands will be delivered to your oldest child's classroom and sent home on the date of the festival.
