  • Basic Membership ($12): Your Lion Tracks PTA Membership includes (1) Mountain View ES PTA Adult membership ($10), a small donation for our PTA ($2) and access to a secure online student directory. 100% of your donation goes directly to supporting our school and students.
  • Student Membership ($12): Your Cub Club PTA Membership includes a Mountain View ES Student membership ($10), a small donation for our PTA ($2)  and access to a secure online student directory. 
  • Faculty Membership ($12): Your Den Leaders Faculty Membership includes a Mountain View ES PTA Membership, one Faculty Fall Festival Ticket, and access to a secure online student directory!
