By checking the above box, Business hereby applies to participate as a Mountain View Elementary PTA Community Partner, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Mountain View Elementary PTA has the right to reject Community Partnerships, at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to: (a) logos or information that is inconsistent with the school district, PTA or MVES objectives, values or programming; (b) logos or information pertaining to the use of alcohol, tobacco, firearms or political context; (c) failure of sponsor to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (d) failure of sponsor to maintain a cordial and cooperative working relationship with the Mountain View Elementary PTA.
2. Some issues are beyond our control. The Mountain View Elementary PTA is not liable for delays in publishing, unexpected server downtimes or other non-planned technical issues.
3. This Agreement releases Mountain View Elementary PTA from any and all loss, liability or expense incurred by the Business for any reason or failure to publish content pursuant to this contract or failure to return content media.
4. Participation as a Community Partner does not constitute endorsement of any product, service, or position by Mountain View Elementary PTA.
5. Community Partnerships are not binding unless and until accepted by Mountain View Elementary PTA.
Additional Sponsorship Provisions:
6. All sponsorships sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7. Mountain View Elementary PTA shall secure the appropriate banner based on the sponsorship level. Sponsor is responsible for uploading a high resolution logo herein or emailing it to sponsorship@mountainviewpta.org. Banner placement is not guaranteed and changes frequently. Sponsors are not permitted to move, change, or alter banner placement.
8. Refunds will not be given if sponsorships are canceled by Sponsor.
9. Sponsorships must be accompanied by the full payment of all fees.
